Our fee for service methodology, as opposed to requiring equity, has provided many organizations with an outsourced strategy, which meets their objectives. IMR has become a leader in the promotion, education and utilization of Off-Site ("modular") construction, particularly as applied to multi-unit/multi-storied applications.
