Stony Mountain Plaza consists of two 4-storey residential buildings in Fort McMurray, AB.   A total of 125 rental units and 177 external parking stalls at grade level; owned and managed by the client.

The buildings are constructed using off-site construction, with the basement being constructed of reinforced concrete walls and a lightweight steel frame, which will be utilized to support the prefabricated modules.   The exterior façade is a mixture of cultured stone to the lower areas of wall with the upper floors being clad in vinyl siding.

The design also incorporates reception and amenity areas on the main floor level, storage on each floor, laundry rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors and a lounge area on the 4th floor.   The buildings are heated using a geothermal heating system and a drain water heat recovery.
