Russell Steffes, CET - Senior Project Manager Russell Steffes graduated from NAIT in Architectural Technology in 1969 and has actively involved in development, design and construction for over 40 years. Russell's career began with one of the larger Alberta design/build contractors during the 1970s and early 1980s. Projects were primarily multi-unit, multi-level residential including seniors independent to long term care, light industrial and office buildings. For 2 years in the mid-1980s, Russell lived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and was the project manager in charge of the construction of the Canadian Embassy, Ambassador's residence, and the Canadian Embassy staff residences. After returning to Canada, Russell was project manager for an Alberta developer for 3 years prior to his affiliation with IMR. |

Scott Hughes, MBA, AACI, CCIM, SIOR - Senior Consultant Scott Hughes has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience involving the disciplines of appraisal, consulting, land assembly/development, property management, tax appeal, leasing, acquisition & disposition. Scott has appraised, leased, acquired and sold real estate projects, throughout Western Canada; these transactions have an aggregated value in excess of $1 billion. He has worked at both the President and Vice President levels for both public and private real estate firms. His education includes an MBA from Royal Roads University in Victoria, the commercial real estate designations AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in Chicago, and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) from Washington,DC. Scott's diverse skill set provides strong business acumen for asset, development and investment fund management. |

Timothy D. Goltz, BA, MA - Business Development Mr. Goltz' experience is in land development and industrial real estate with an emphasis on logistics. Tim was the former exclusive Canadian real estate liaison of the International Warehouse and Logistics Association (IWLA), while he was with jjBarnicke in the GTA. Tim previously also worked as a junior broker with NAI Commercial in Edmonton. Tim now heads up the Public-Private-Partnership division at Integrated. Tim has a varied background including an award-winning academic research background (PhD coursework at McGill completed, SSHRC and FQRSC doctoral scholarships awarded). |

David Salpeter – Director of Real Estate Mr. Salpeter has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience in management/operations, leasing and development with companies such as Cambridge Shopping Centres, Oxford Properties and Princeton Developments. Mr. Salpeter is responsible for the overall operations and management, building construction, tenant improvements and leasing of all Integrated managed/owned properties. |

Lynda Glenesk, RPA Ms. Glenesk has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over seventeen years with a number of companies in both Saskatchewan and Alberta. Her experience includes leasing, marketing, tenant coordination, property management, budgeting, financial reporting and accounting. Ms. Glenesk obtained her RPA in 1994 and has been working alongside Gordon White in various capacities of the industry for over eleven years in Saskatoon and Edmonton, with both O&Y Enterprise Property Group and Integrated. |

Terry White, CMA - Controller Mr. Terry White achieved his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 2005. Previous to joining Integrated, Terry held a senior financial role in both a charitable organization and a privately held corporation. Terry brings a depth of financial knowledge and dedicated focus on client-driven, service-oriented relationships to his position. He is responsible for both property and corporate accounting departments. Terry has demonstrated experience in both financial analysis and management of commercial real estate. |

Dale Lee – Operations Manager Mr. Lee has been in the building maintenance and operations industry for over 25 years. Over the span of his career he has had a vital role for maintaining efficient results for office towers, parkades, shopping centres and strip mall locations. He is committed to fair negotiating for bids and contracts and has the time mastery skills necessary for scheduling as well as project budgeting. |

Cathy Pham - Property Accountant Ms. Pham is responsible for monthly financial reporting, including financial statements, rent rolls, accounts payable and accounts receivable for all managed properties. Cathy also assists in the processing of construction development payables. |

Shawna Mariacci - Administrative Assistant Ms. Mariacci brings with her seven years of Human Resource Management experience. Shawna is responsible for Integrated's "first impressions" and is the voice and face to greet Integrated's clients and visitors. She also assists the property management division with a variety of administrative tasks. |
